The six-axis robot 3D fiber laser cutting machine is a perfect combination of a six-axis industrial robot and a high-precision fiber laser system. It is an advanced 3D fiber laser cutting equipment that integrates high stability, high precision, high performance and high speed, and can easily achieve dynamic 2D and 3D cutting in one piece. The overall structure of the robot is designed in accordance with ergonomics, and even the processing of the most complex curved surfaces can be completed with simple operation. Equipped with a specially designed lightweight three-dimensional anti-collision cutting head, various positioners and tooling fixtures, it can achieve seven-axis and eight-axis linkage, and can perform spatial curve trajectory cutting on various irregular three-dimensional workpieces. Among them, for 6000W and above, it adopts an output control box and 3 and 5 levels of perforation, with the maximum cutting thickness reaching 15mm and the minimum cutting hole diameter reaching 3mm. Its efficiency is more than three times higher than that of the traditional CNC processing method. It features high cutting accuracy, fast cutting speed, no deformation, no consumables, no pollution, simple process, one-time cutting and forming, no need for mold opening and subsequent grinding processing, which greatly reduces mold investment cost, labor cost and blank-cutting time, and shortens the new product development cycle. It is highly suitable for new product development and small and medium batch production of multiple varieties. It effectively solves the practical problems such as high mold opening and stamping costs, high operation and maintenance costs, long cycles, inflexieability, complex procedures, time-consuming and labor-intensive, large land occupation, and non-environmental friendliness of processing techniques like plasma cutting or five-axis machine laser cutting.
